Create maximum texture with these free high resolution concrete textures. There’s layers of paint peeling off, chipping, bubbling and scratched off the aged and weathered concrete. These textures have an excellent level of grunge factor.

I found these beautiful textures at an old, kids playground in Murchison while passing through and had to photograph them. As yet I haven’t used them on any project.

My high res textures are free for use in both commercial and non-commercial projects!

I used a portion Concrete Texture 1325 scaled down in the above banner.

It’s frustrating when you can’t find what you want on the web. Namely good quality, free to download, high resolution cardboard textures. I’m currently working on a website project where I hope to use plenty of cardboard textures, and I ended up capturing a few good textures myself. Below are a selection of cardboard textures I didn’t end up using, so hopefully by posting them here, someone searching will one day find them and put them to good use.

(I used Cardboard 22 to create the above banner -I adjusted the curves in Photoshop).

Please feel free to use these textures on whatever project you like, be it commercial or private.

I have been using a quite a few aged paper textures recently so thought I’d give a little back. Below are 10 Free High Resolution Paper Textures that I have photographed or scanned in. I have a preference for grunge textures, so the paper images below are of some nicely aged paper, complete with stains and marks. Some of the paper comes from a book I inherited from my Grandma which is coming up to being 100 years old.
